The road on the left hand side is Broadway. The person must have thought there was a dirt road turn there to the right??? Drove right over the culvert and into the wash. I did see a tow truck arrive - the tow truck driver probably laughed and drove away. It's going to need a crane or something to get it out. Otherwise it will flip over.
