Sally running around wearing a dry cleaning bag over her head, and rolling her eyes when Betty yells at her, Betty saying the clothes that were in that bag had better not be on the floor of her closet.
Today's question: what's the body count? Just how many women has Don slept with on the show (not counting the untold women in the off season).
Off the top of my head ten. I'm sure I forgot at least one. I believe Jon Hamm offscreen has been with the same woman for several years, but I don't read gossip columns.

I thought January Jones was fantastic. She totally redeemed Betty for me. I don't think I would have liked Betty at all if she wasn't played by January Jones. I hated a lot of her actions, but I had empathy for her for being married to a hopeless womanizer workaholic. Then again, I wonder if I am in the camp of those charmed by her looks, a theme that was emphasized throughout the series. I'd like to think I am deeper than that, though I think a lot of it has to do with the fact that I liked her when I caught her and some of the cast on Charlie Rose.

I always understood Betty's frustration and am glad she took control at the end.
When I had first read that January Jones was going to play the mother in this show, I thought ick, this is a big casting mistake. But I thought that January Jones did a great job. It's easier to play a sweet, loving, kind mother than Betty Dearest. She could have played it too broad and turned Betty into Miss Hannigan or Miss Trunchbull, but she didn't. Betty also had moments where she was good to her children. I remember when she gave Sally the riding boots.
