^^^ I thought Angie was trying to sweet-talk Junior to take her with him to the tunnels, hence the reminiscing about things they used to do there. Then he stood up and said he'd be back later. Isn't she still chained to the bed?
When Angie gets skinny enough, her wrist will probably slide through the hand cuff...
watching the 3rd epi on demand right now. I think its pretty good bt whilesort I think the personal behavior is pretty realistic I'm not very good with lots heavy tension and stress. That kid is seriously hard to watch
Man surfer dude-kid needs to be killed off. Kid is annoying and little bit of a cliche.
Not sure what the girl was thinking sending her kidnapper off to the tunnels. If he died, she would starve to death because no one knows she's in the bomb shelter.
All in all a meh episode. Things need to pick up some.
Yeah, I wondered about that - it's an example of my peeve about the show, people doing things that dont' make sense.
At least, since my husband really wnats to finish the series - the show has at least skipped off into the "so bad it's funny" terriotory. I actually laughed outlous when Jr walked right into the Dome Wall in the tunnels.
ANd the tunnels ? I dont get that either , why would there be tunnels under a facatory? Why would they waste their matches like that - a logical person would be looking for something larger to burn
Not knowing anything about the dome, and having the same story lines repeat each week is starting to get old. If they don't pick up the pace, I'll be done w/ it soon.
Yesterday's episode was an improvement over the previous two terrible episodes, but it still wasn't very good. But oddly enough I'm compelled to keep watching, and I'm kinda looking forward to next week. Maybe because the show is bad in a comical way. Some of the scenes just crack me up, such as the synchronized seizures.
It is pretty bad at times, and not something I would normally watch, but for a summer show it's okay. My biggest annoyance was that cop freaking out and acting liked a crazed lunatic on like, day two of dome life.
Is the father going to keep the girl locked up to protect his freak show of a son?

Me too. I found the first episode intriguing and the second was still interesting . . . but the third was just boring to me.
I'm less interested in all of the stories of what went on before the dome and more interested in what is going on after the dome. Maybe that is the difference between the book and the movie - less time to warm us up to the pre-dome life. (I didn't read the book... I'm just speculating).
For instance, I'm really interested in how people would behave after the dome. I would anticipate more looting, more cocooning, more religion...
