Watching the absurdly brilliant Brit TV comedy series 'Toast of London' - focuses on the trials and tribulations of jobbing actor Steven Toast. Written and played (the lead) by the exceptionally talented Matt Berry (The IT Crowd.) Great supporting cast.
I have been watching "Trailer Park Boys" from the beginning; I am now in its final season (10). A funny show about several low-life Canadian criminals living in a trailer park. Like the Office and others, the premise is that a camera crew is following them around for some documentary. If interested, start with the pilot, so you can truly get to know the characters and their foibles.
Been watching Trial and Retribution on Acorn, it is great! They have 6 seasons on so far but 22 all together, I am hoping they will be adding them all. On going story and a new case every season, each season has 2 parts. Great acting, intense storyline.
I started watching Cable Girls, about a group of women working for a new telephone company in 1920s Madrid. What's weird is all the music is modern, so a scene will have women in flapper dresses dancing to a club mix. Otherwise it's just your average period soap.
all those shows, none of them really sound very good, or even worth watching
