Several weeks ago, somebody posted in here about hearing a motorcycle drive off when Nas woke up in the kitchen that night. I did NOT notice that. Makes a lot more sense with us first meeting stepdad wearing a biker jacket.
And then with last night's info about the insurance money and this guy's history of scamming little old ladies out of their money, I'm fairly certain it's him. The black guy's friend was just to throw us off i guess. Same with the creepy hearse driver.

Or... it IS the black guy that turned back and looked at Nas that first night but the step father hired him to do it. The step father is to obvious to have done it himself.
Keep in mind that the defense doesn't have to prove that someone else killed Andrea, they just have to convince the jury that Naz didn't kill Andrea. It is up to the State to prove that Naz killed Andrea and convince the jury that Naz did it. I believe (non lawyer talking here) they can subpoena the step dad and question him which might help put doubt into the jury's head. I also wonder if Stone and Kapur are going to pursue the other guy who likes to commit crimes with knives?
This is true, but as a tactic the defense better be able to prove it, otherwise the state's case is pretty strong. Or, like you said, and as I said before, the defense can simply infer there was another killer with their questioning of the step dad on the witness stand.

Yeah, definitely could be that, Camper! They've only got two episodes left, so they better get things moving!
I really hope the truth comes out, Nas didn't do it, and is cleared. I'd hate for this to have a crappy ending where we learn Nas is innocent but found guilty.
I've been wondering what in the world he is thinking with the tattoos, shaving the hair, doing drugs, etc. Also, does he really think that Freddy is going to let him just walk out if he is found not guilty? He is Freddy's drug mule. I would expect Naz to be found not guilty, but then Freddy dropping all kinds of dirt on Naz to the cops which causes him to actually be stuck in prison.
Kind of dissapointed with last night's episode. 8 million people in NYC and Mr. Khan just so happens to be the delivery guy for some take out joint Chondra ordered from? Come on writers, gee whiz.
Also lol'd at Box acting like facebook was invented yesterday and seeing one random comment by Amir and thinking it meant anything. Is this CSI or an HBO show?
And probably the worst scene in the show so far. "No, she actually said you could have it over my dead body" REALLY, DID YOU WRITTERS REALLY PICK THAT?
Sorry for the mini rant, still obviously like the show, but last night's episode was a little too cliche'd for me.
Last point, what was with the guys spray painting red on lockers? Did I miss something there? Also, no mention of Duane Reade now?

What can Freddy tell the cops to get Nas back in jail? Nas has admitted to no crimes. I think the point of showing Nas do drugs, cut his hair, and get a tattoo is to show how jail is corrupting him. I think Nasir will ironically become an actual criminal once he gets out of jail after he's acquitted. Freddy has power outside of jail too so Nasir will work for him on the outside.

Good questions. Me too??
Also I have to admit that I did not connect the delivery guy. I was too busy thinking it was someone that was going to harm the women lawyer. And when he apparently just left I said (to myself), "Huh??". Now I get it.......
