We've got the Spoiler Season 6 thread to talk about things to come, but here we will be discussing what we have seen (as we have done for many seasons now), starting April 24! If anybody needs a recap of all 5 seasons before we get started, here's a good link:

Do you guys plan to watch it with like-minded souls, or in a sea of skeptics (i.e., family members who put up with your GoT interest), or by yourselves?

Can't wait - it's been a long week already, and I think it's partly because Game of Thrones premieres on Sunday night.

I'll be watching it myself at home, and probably live-tweeting it - my wife has little interest. I won't let my daughter watch without her reading the books first.

well, books 4 and 5 are not easy to read. But, when she was younger, I would not let her watch the Harry Potter movies until she finished each book.

I agree that books are better than the shows or movies, but game of thrones is such an expansive world that the books become supplemental to the show. I'm glad I watched the show before I read the books. I love not knowing what comes next. Bring on the Frey's, Bolton's and Greyjoys.... Can't wait

Me and my husband have the show together to this point, he won't be able to watch it until Monday.
If I can stand it, I will wait till Monday to watch....but not so sure that I can wait!!
