I can't believe I forgot shows like Mad Men, Downton Abbey, and NCIS.

Also not mentioned but favorites of mine: Brothers & Sisters and Parenthood.

It was 'Boardwalk Empire'. But, I am now watching a dvd box set of 'Breaking Bad', and have just the last series to watch, starting tonight. This is without doubt, the finest television show I have ever seen.

As another poster said, we are in a new golden age of television.

In the last 10 years? OHHHHHHH, that's a toughie!

In the last 10 years, that puts it from 2007 to 2008 when my TV watching habit was in the final year of dying out. WORSE, that's about the time of the TV writers strike so anything which might have been viable didn't get a chance like "Bionic Woman".

After that, it was just glancing at what was available here or there.

So that said, as it is asked, it's ...........................................

........................................."Kill Joys".

Mind you, I haven't watched more than 3 episodes so far but I do have the series in DVD. Beautiful people, wonderful photography, but rather slight on the type of world one would like to play in..............

....................which sort of describes most of TV these days the way I see it.
