Can't stand Dancing with the Wish We Were Still Stars, my wife's former favorite show. Also CSI and those other cop shows like it. My wife is also big on the cooking competition shows on Food Network. Half the stuff they cook with I've never heard of and probably can't find in a small town like where we live. If they would fix something like baked spaghetti or plain old meatloaf with ingredients I can find at the local Food Giant, I might be interested.
I could go on and on. Thankfully I have roku on the TV in the bedroom so she can watch her shows and I can watch mine. lol
This style of show to me tries too hard to be different, and all fail at it. They are actually not different they are all the same. Big cast of quirky characters, glib fast paced dialog, talking to the camera, no laugh track (which is one good thing about them). They remind me of SNL sketches, and I would like them much better as that.
