I think the Judge may award custody of the baby to daddy Spanelli.
I won't be watching today's show until tomorrow morning, but on Friday, when I was watching Lulu lie on the stand, and with Maxie's history of bad decisions, I was thinking to myself, that of all of them, Spinelli probably carries the least amount of baggage (although there would be that issue of him working for Sonny and Jason that might prove problematic ).
Carlos: "Yes...her name is Epiphany. Kinda short, white woman. Thin, with dark hair and a very caring, compassionate nature. Do you know her?"
Felix: [/falls on floor and dies]

Felix: [/falls on floor and dies]
Epiphany: "I'm right here. What do you want?"
Carlos falls on floor and dies!
BUT---in an unexpected twist, it turns out Carlos is smarter than we thought! I never would have thought he'd figure it out that fast. Of course, Sabrina isn't going to believe him.
Oh, and when Duke said to Dr O, how she couldn't take Faison, he's almost a corpse, and she said something like I could say the same to you, which did she mean? That Duke should have gotten the better of him or that he's almost a corpse, too?!

That Duke should have gotten the better of him. I don't understand how Faison is able to even function. He looks like he's about two seconds away from drooling all over himself and peeing his pants. Meanwhile he can escape a "SuperMax" prison (that has only two guards, and one was on lunch) and is a feared international criminal.
Then again I guess if a mumbling idiot like Sonny can be a crime boss, anything is possible.
ETA: Every time they say Faison I think of the actor Donald Faison, who played Turk on Scrubs. Can you imagine? "Wassup playas? Let's take over Port Charles. Yeah booooyyyy."
After watching yesterday's show this morning, curiosity got the better of me and I looked up spoilers to see if I could find out who gets custody of the baby.
The only problem is is that nobody is saying - just that relationships will be damaged (duh). And I checked three or four different spoiler sites.

That doesn't make you pathetic. It just means that you are sick of the months-long story arcs of this show and you want resolution now!
And you should not feel bad for not finding the results. Frank Valentini is very much an "old school" executive producer who keeps most plot developments under tight wraps, a big improvement over his predecessor (in so many ways) who would blab every detail of the upcoming stories to the press. Her giving away all the plot twists made it pretty much "optional" to watch the show, because spoilers told you what you'd be seeing. The current regime's non-spoilery nature probably has a lot to do with the show's ratings surge; you now HAVE to tune in if you want to see
Spoiler
