If I was anywhere and saw that King, I'd run screaming in the other direction! One of the creepiest is when the guy is driving down the street and the King is in the back seat. Yeah, time to abandon the car and run to my destination.

I almost fell off my chair thinking your link went to another C-D thread. Holy cow, those posters are off their rockers over there.

+1 for linking that ...

But, sadly those are real people and that's the way they think????

There's an ad where he awakens in bed with another man and all I could think of was Woltz waking-up with (parts of) Khartoum in The Godfather. Perhaps it's the sinister corporatism? The unblinking, benignly grinning glossiness of the head attached to a human body?

It's not like fast food mascots regularly bother me. Ronald McDonald, the Big Boy, Colonel Sanders, Wendy; I'm OK with them all. They seem friendly enough, I even have fond memories of a Mayor McCheese drinking glass I got once. But the king... he's one of the Four Horsemen in my book.

He's IS creepy. My daughter thinks so too. I think the marketing division of that company should go out on a limb and hire a real live man to be the Burger King. They could even turn it into a promotion. They pick 10 guys out they would consider, and then have customers vote on who the winner will be. And eliminate the low scoring ones, like American Idol.

One would think Jack is creepy, but they package him differently. Jack is cool. Jack rocks.

Oh bk king is stalkeresque creepy. I also can't stand the two guys that do the Sonic commercials. They are disgustingly stupid.
