State of West Virginia unemployment questions (extension, claim, get, information)

Just wondering if anyone has any information about how the state of WV is handling the unemployment extension. I have called the local office but can't seem to get any information out of them.

I was wondering the same thing, i called today and all they would say is they have to see what the wording of the bill states.

I suppose it makes sense that they will have to know exactly what the bill says before they can do anything. I was just wondering what procedure we will have to go through in order to get the extension. Will we have to go to the office and apply? Can it be done on the internet or over the phone? I'm just about completely lost as to what to do in this situation. I guess they probably are too.

yeah thats where I am too. My claim year is not over till January 2011, but i only have one week of benefits left on my benefit amount. Its all so confusing. I am just gonna keep calling them till they tell me exactly what I need to know. what part of wv you from?
