Can not claim my benefits? (state, employment, appeal, termination)

I recently had a determination made against me, and my unemployment cut off. I thought I was supposed to keep claiming every week while I wait for my appeal to be heard, but I the website isnt allowing me to certify this week. It says I last certified for the week ending 4/1/12. What should I do?

I know in my state, I can't certifiy until AFTER the week is over. You certified for 4/1/12 already, so the next week is 4/8/12, and you shouldn't be doing that week until 4/9/12.
