No, the cut isn't the same for all states, nor is the form of implementation.
WI, and many other states, have already implemented an across-the-board 10.7% cut to all EUC payments effective week ending April 6.
CA is implementing a 17.69% cut to anyone
transitioning to a new tier effective on or after April 28, but not to those currently exhausting a tier.
Illinois is implementing a 16.8% cut to all EUC payments beginning week ending 6/1.
NJ has not yet announced when it will be cutting or how much. Expect 17%, probably effective the end of this month, but that is a guess. Per New York Times 4/16:
Nevada hasn't announced, either.
It appears the states with the highest unemployment have delayed implementation, perhaps out of concern for the effect on the economy.
