I opened my claim Jan 8, 2014. I worked 2 jobs - one full time during the holiday season and the rest of the time it's part time. So when it's part time, usually in the summer I get a full time summer job. Well I opened my claim and was waiting for information to come I decided to log in and check the claim status. When I logged in it said it was pended and that I needed to call. I called and they said I failed the id verification and needed to bring my id and social to one the unemployment offices. I went the following day and the lady said everything was fine, I had also brought the dependency form and the kids birth certificate and social as well. She informed me the can no longer take those and needed a copy of my taxes. I told her I tried looking for last years and couldn't find it but it clearly states on the paper if you don't have your taxes that you could use birth certificates and social. She said we still needed the taxes and you have 6 weeks to submit it and it wouldn't affect the claim and to Claim Sunday online or Wednesday over the phone. So I went in today to claim, everything went thru fine until the end were they give the summary page of your claim and it said I was getting zero and your claim has been received that someone needed to review it before payment can be processed and it can take several days. So I logged back in to check the claims status again this time it said "indefinitely disqualified" please see the letter on non monetary. I didn't receive any letter about non monetary but received a letter on my base weeks. SO my question is what does indefinitely disqualified mean ??? Or is this something still processing from when I had to go in and give my id and social to verify.

It will say in the letter why you are disualified. Until you know why, it's tough to file an appeal. However, learn the appeal time frame, and if the letter hasn't come by then, file the appeal anyway. "The determination dated mm/dd/yy is wrong. I want an appeal hearing scheduled," is sufficient. Do NOT be late filing for an appeal.
