Just know that the odds are stacked against you. When you accept a job, it's presumed that you got all the information at the time of hire to decide whether to accept the job or refuse it. Once you accepted it, you lose any chance at arguing that the job is "unsuitable." Now, if things are CHANGING and you've got some solid proof of that, then you can make a case that you've been fired from the job you had, and that your quit was really you refusing the change in wages, hours, and terms and conditions of employment.
