I was supposed to get a call today at a specific time for a phone interview on a pended claim. Never received the call. I was given the time and day by unemployment over the phone last week. What happens next? Thanks

Consider yourself lucky. Most people mess up the phone calls just terribly. You've been spared the risk of disqualifying yourself.

How would i disqualify myself? I paid into it. Waiting on a call back today. I guess the next step if not resolved today is a trip to the office and meet person to person.

You're playing with fire. Only people that are fired or quit get the phone call. That means you're going to have to explain things. Most people explain things WRONG because they don't have a clue what "misconduct" or "good cause" looks like. You paid in NOTHING. Your employer gets hit for a bill for every dollar you collect.

Go ahead, and insist you get your say, and if denied, I won't be helping with your appeal where it really counts.
