I worked for one company for 7 years and they fired me. I received benefits.

I started working for another company and left that company for another company. -That company claimed I wasn't running the machine right and I was within my 90 days so I couldn't get a warning so they fired me. Can I still claim unemployment if it haven't expired yet?

You can apply, but whether you'll collect is an "it depends."

It's too much typing. Just apply, and see what happens, and if you get denied or don't understand the significance of the letters or messages you receive, then come back.

You've got an ugly situation because you had a job that you quit for another job from which you were fired after a short time. You've got state issues, purging issues, possible good cause quit issue, and misconduct. That's why I don't want to type about it. Just one step at a time. If you succeed, then I save a lot of unnecessary typing for something that didn't even end up being a problem.
