I should be eligible for the additional $600 because under normal circumstances I’d be back to work right now.

So if I filed a claim 12/29/19 with a definite return to work date of 3/16 and I did return to work that day and was laid off again on 3/17 due to corona, does re-opening the account after reporting earnings that week get me in the $600 club?

Has your claim already been reopened and have you been able to certify the weeks since 3/17?

If so, it looks like you’ll be getting your regular pay PLUS a $1200 check, PLUS the tax refund advance check possibly all this week.

For the sake of so many that are in this position, I really hope this all comes to fruition this week in the heavily impacted states (CA/NY/NJ), that 2-3K will go a long way toward helping everyone, including those that are still working through this.

Just remember, when it does show up, spend every dime that you can locally and not with the giant corporations (Walmart/Amazon/etc). Those companies are the ones profiting right now and have done absolutely nothing to help.

Plus, we all need a little positive right now in our lives.

What I did was I claimed my weekly benefits on Sunday 3/22 and reported earnings. Got paid partial benefits and in huge letters it said you have returned to work. So immediately after seeing that I filed again (re-opened) and claimed a full week of benefits again last week (was deposited in my account last Thursday (April 3rd)

I can’t claim online. Never have been able to. Whenever I put my pin in it instructs me to call the numbers to process it. But I do call and claim I just can’t do it online. Is that a bad sign?

Well I just claimed for the two weeks. Claim still isn’t payable. I’m so lost. I call the numbers but can’t get through. I think it may have something to do with one of my employers being in NY and Federal and maybe they haven’t gotten my wages. Even though I sent them in as well smh. I’ll keep you guys posted. Thanks for your help
