Its not ending early it ends July 25th like it always was schedule to, that is the last Saturday in July, You don't get it that day, you get it on August 3rd or 4th depending on your bank

This is spin from the Washington lobbyists. They don't like it when the little guy gets money they (Wall Street & Banks) want. It's a narrative being pushed and not true.
