Well, they have posted another partial payment for me. Don't have it in hand, but it seems they have approved round 2.

Kansas Unemployment system is so messed up. In my account, even though I just started Tier III the first of March, it says my account balance is $33. Ha. And I usually got before I started working again over $300 a week. They only thing they will tell me is that every time the Federal changes their mind about what they will do or not (Tier I, Tier II, Tier III, etc.) they have to re-do their software to accommodate and the software is getting VERY confused. They say that the $$$ is all in there, it just shows up weird on the account. So I'm assuming it's happening to everyone????

Well, no one responded to this post of mine. And I debated whether to try again or not. But I guess I will, once more.

Is there a time limit as to how long they will pay me partial payments as long as I'm working part time? Or will they continue until the account is empty, or until I am making more than my unemployment full payment again? The way they are talking at this job, this part time thing could continue for a month or 2 more. Then they hope to have enough business to move me to full time.

Thank you for any input.
