Yes-it is fact. The exact name, which I doubt there is one, doesn't matter. The goal is a global system of economic hegemony-where there are no nations. We are already seeing it progress-of the 100 largest economies in the World there are now more nationless corporations than entire nations of people.
Things like trade agreements (TPP) make it possible for these nationless corporations to sue whole nations/Governments for effecting their profit margins-we are losing our national sovereignty as our Government is controlled by corporate/banking puppets that legislate not for our benefit but for the benefit of these corporations/banks that have hi-jacked our Government (and others).
All wars are banker wars-The Federal Reserve is a private institution heavily controlled by old banking families-mainly the Rothschilds, Rockefellers and Morgans. They meet in secrecy with major CEOs, bankers and political puppets and plan at annual meetings like the Bilderberg Conference, CFR meetings, Trilateral Commission meetings and other weird and lesser known events like Bohemien Grove.
It is not fantasy or fiction-this information is now widely available and people have no excuse to remain ignorant.

I am not sure that corporations are suing many countries but I know that it works the other way:
"But since 2000, hundreds of foreign investors have sued more than half of the world’s countries, claiming damages for a wide range of government actions that they say have threatened their profits."
I never heard of this. I do not like this and assume it will be changed at some point.

Governments regulate businesses and punish them. At worst this is a level playing field and the sign of freedom and not a cabal.

and also x-men types that will snuff people out if necessary....whether they are making a car that uses just water..... or they have definitive proof of aliens
