They have been around since AT LEAST 2011 and even then were travelling at Mach 20 which is 13,000 miles per hour. Now they probably can travel faster and are smaller (like the Tic-Tac videos) and have other features which can only be guessed at.
When the government say these craft may not have been built on earth, they may be correct IF they have already moved some manafacturing facilities to off-planet. IDK about that...if they have factories on the moon or other planets, and are building these super advanced aircraft there...why would they not be using these aircraft to their advantage here on earth?
With this level of technology, the US could take over every country on the planet. Seems kind of unlikely they would not use them for purposes like this, but instead, fly them over residential neighborhoods at night, hovering over houses? LOL what possible reason would they have for doing this?

haha - Post #14 in this thread - Going at Mach 9 and suddenly making a 90 degree turn gives a link to the Mach 20 vehicle the military developed and piggy-backed a rocket to start it. That was in 2011 so 9 years later and what do they have? We have not seen this technology before or since so maybe it has gone undercover perhaps and was used for other things - which would lead us to the Tic-Tac videos if they were drones.

What do you use this super advanced technology for in a time of peace? Better to keep it hidden and use the same old jet/rocket technology since you do not want the secret to get out.
Practically, taking over another country means you have to spend vast amounts of money and vast amounts of troops.Small countries are not so much of a problem, but imagine taking over China or Russia. How will you make sure your wishes are carried out? Even occupying Beijing would take enormous numbers of troops.
As the guy from Skunkworks said in Episode 2 of Unidentified, monitoring who see your craft, what it is described as, how many people, what kind of people, etc the data alone is useful. It gives you an idea what impact your craft would have if you flew it over a city at night and in the day. Maybe thats why they are pushing the UFO angle and allowing us to believe it might possibly be alien?

Well, our military seemed to have problems in Vietnam and Afghanistan...if they have this superior technology, why was it not employed in these places?
I get what you are saying about 'built on this earth'...but think about it, what do most people immediately think of when they hear that statement...they picture a vehicle being built on some alien planet.
So, even if the guy was implying these vehicles were made 'INSIDE' the earth, or in the ocean, he chose very poor words to convey that, and I think his choice of words was intentional, thats what they want people to think...these craft are alien crafts, from somewhere else.
Its similar to the Pentagons response when it was asked why they released those 3 videos...they said, "they wanted to ensure everyone knew they were real".

Yep, this is what I think too, it just doesnt make any sense if they had this super advanced aircraft for so long.
We would see 'hints' of this technology in known aircraft...Ive said it before, the most advanced fighter jet that exists right now, the F35, it doesnt hold a candle to what UFOs can do! Its not even close.
