That whole show only has about 10 different topics (e.g. possible ancient aliens mentioned in religious texts, possible rock carvings of ancient aliens and spaceships, possible transfer of technology from ancient aliens to earthlings, etc.), that are repeated over and over in different ways. After a while, there's nothing else left to say. However, History will keep buying it as long as the ratings are good enough to attract advertisers.
My favorite episodes are the older ones about monoliths. No matter what you believe about aliens or don't believe, those are fascinating, at least to me. After a few seasons and running out of new things to talk about, the show lost a lot of interest.
This is a very old TV doc series. Did'nt it start out in the 90s?
There isn't a need for the show any longer because everyone will know it all first hand when the ETs show up on the world stage. I've got about 10-15 yrs before I croak, and I think I will see the day.
