Thumbs up News, 135-lb mayor puts burglar in headlock.

OGDEN, Utah - It's not a good idea to mess with the mayor, even if he isn't very big. Mayor Matthew Godfrey and his wife were awakened early Wednesday when somebody tried to break into their house through a side and then a rear door. Godfrey jumped out of bed, checked on his children and went outside.

I don't think anymore criminals are going to bother him after that performance.

They talk about how big the burglar / kid was, but he was also high! Normally Mayor Godfrey would have been clocked upside the head. What a nerd. This sounds like something super dell would do.
