If you're staying in Vancouver, drive to Jantzen Beach.

http://trimet.org/go/cgi-bin/plantri...&error=saveOpt

So type in Jantzen Beach Shopping center for "from"
Type in 108 W Burnside Street, Portland, OR 97209 for "to"

Maybe OP is coming to the Vancouver Sat market?. Then the reverse via c-tran

http://www.c-tran.com/trip_planner/narrow (broken link)

OP can also get to POrtland from eastside via C-tran. or via Max by crossing the river and joining at Expo (west) or Sandy (Parkrose), or Gateway (east)

More info from OP would be helpful
Which Sat Market (several in Portland 2 in Vancouver)

"the Saturday market" in Portland is considered the 'Burnside Bridge' (arts and crafts), tho 'Farmer's Markets' are on Sat too, PSU is the biggy on Saturday
