If any of you have Netflix, please take an educational hour and watch a
docu-film titled FORKS OVER KNIVES.

There is a website (see below) that can help you understand how this CAN BE, AND IS a healthy, balanced diet, that brings down cholesterol, reduces body fat and restores health comprised of well renowned heart surgeons, not some flim-flam trendy vegan wanna be's.
You definitely don't have to agree with vegetarians, that's certainly your option, but for those who want to clean up their insides and get renewed, either temporarily or permanently this is one proven way to do so.

Sometimes tone of voice doesn't sift through when we write, so please note I am writing from a peaceful, 'hoping to help' point of view.. 🙏

I am doing the Nutritarian (Eat to Live) way of eating and it focuses on - vegetables, beans, whole grains, fruit, nuts, seeds, no animal products or VERY LOW if you must (6 oz a week).

I'm eating real food and since getting rid of the salt shaker this past 2 weeks, i've been losing about a pound of water weight every day. And I'm not starving.

Nuts are good for you because they contain many nutrients and give you the fat you need in your diet.
