Everything is okay in moderation! Anything I would use cashew cheese on would be a small amount.

I wish I could do moderation LOL. There is just no way I could do a tiny bit of pasta with cashew "alfredo" sauce, for instance. I'm a total overeater. Once I get my weight and blood numbers down, I may splurge occasionally.

But, this makes me think of a greeting card I found once and it rang so true with me. It said: " I love those Weight Watcher dinners - 3 or four of them make a decent meal!" That's me in a nutshell.
