I'm the guy who couldn't find real Mexican food in Vermont. Just wanted to say that you can find good New England Clam Chowder in CA. California has excellent seafood.

And I bet you're still looking for "real Mexican" in Vermont?

When I've been in CA I've never even seen clam chowder on a menu, nor would I look for it.....of course it is also a large state......

A real Chicago deep dish pizza is more than just the crust. The cheese is on the bottom then the sauce and toppings while the regular pizza has the the cheese on top of the sauce. Traditionally it's baked in a cast iron pan.

Somewhere in Vermont there MUST be real Mexican food. I might need to befriend a Mexican transplant and get them to invite me over for dinner, but I WILL get my real Mexican food!

I repeat....Mad Taco....Waterbury, Montpelier and Waitsfield. Their cuisine is from diferent regions of Mexico, not just the Tex-Mex most are looking for.
