I am moving to Rutland in August and will need to rent a place for a year. I am thinking of coming up in the Spring and would like to contact a realtor before I head up. Any suggestions? Thanks.

My wife and I used [SIZE=2]century[/SIZE]21 when we bought our home in Bomoseen. the realitors name is Brenda Winship. She is [SIZE=2]extremely[/SIZE] nice and helpful. I believe she operates out of Rutland now.Good luck with the move.

Mary Cohen is a realtor with
Berkley Veller & Green . We haven't worked with her as a realtor, but we certainly like her as a person and she has a great reputation in the area.

We used June Zambon from Berkley, Zeller and Greene. She was very nice, easy to work with, and suprisingly honest. Just stay away from the Altrui's they have less than stellar reputations.
