Hi. I will be working near Capitol Hill. I need a community with newer townhomes (3-4 bedrooms) under 700k and fairly near a metro stop. I would also like a high quality school district (2 teens with me). Any suggestions? How's Rockville? Is Potomac too far? Thanks.

I cant give you any specifics, but since none of the experts have chimed in, I'll tell you that you shouldnt have a problem finding what you want with your price range. You'd probably be able to find decent townhomes for as low as 400-500. Potomac shouldnt be much farther than rockville, but I like rockville better for all of its offerings in terms of shopping and things to do. I think youd be better off with metro access in Rockville as well.
