Here's what's coming so far http://www.nationalharbor.com/Events.aspx?id=986 (broken link). Everything from Maggiano's to Stonewall Kitchen to a country bar with a mechanical bull. But I don't think anything will be open until later this month.

I'm wondering when PG County wil start developing inside the beltway. Yes The Blvd. At Cap Centre is a nice touch, but what about the Landover Mall site that has been vacant for over 4 years?

The County have already started with the process of Landover Mall. The County have the BluePrint/Developer. Remember its not just that area that will be develope. Its the entire area thats around the mall. All those Apartments will be torn down and the shopping centers around Landover mall is also apart of the new development.

Read this: Landover Gateway Sector Plan and Sectional Map Amendment

The Blvd will pale in comparison to what they have for the landover site. C-Mart is closing and I imagine they are making way for the Landover Crossing site to be demolished which is part of the entire plan.

I did receive confirmation that Pepco has purchased land next to the Largo metro to build a large office suite and move their employees from the District. This is a done deal that has not become public. More tax revenue more funding

I did take a drive to the National harbor and it is something to see. I can not wait until its finish. I know the homes thats behind the harbor is now worth plenty of money.
