Who cares where they get them? Seriously? Cut off the source and the problem goes away. Not to mention the fact that many are stolen in residential burglaries. The people whose homes are being violated care. So do the business owners (motorcycle dealers) whose loss of revenue could result in the job loss or a failed business.

This thread is specifically about dirt bikes being illegally used on public streets and/or places open to the public not designed for OHV use (the National Harbor), so I'm not sure why you're bringing up "dirt tracks in secluded areas".
