I got my first speeding ticket in my life by mail today from a camera not so thrilled (no option of flirting to get out of it LOL) so my ?'s to you are does this go agaist your lisense insurance etc?????? I tried to search online but couldn't find any info on speeding just red light cameras.

They can't prove it's you because someone else could be driving the car. As such, it's considered the same as a parking ticket. No points go against your license.

I think it goes against the car since someone else could have been driving. Hopefully someone else will know for sure.
