Any thoughts on these areas in the mid-to-long term? Obviously crime and underdevelopment remain obstacles in the near-term, but it's not like these are slums. Deanwood's new Rec Center and the Minnesota Ave. retail development seem like steps in the right direction.

Deanwood is still one of the worst areas of the city. It's going to be a LONG time before it's cleaned up.
