Are There Any "Reality" TV Shows Based in DC?

There's a really cute host called Sabrina Soto on HGTV. I'm not sure if she's a home remodeler or an agent, but I think she's based out of DC. Mainly, I just tune in to oogle at her.

I will admit that I get excited when DC particularly Northern Virginia is on national tv. Its fun to go "Ooooh I've been there!"

I wish they would show the Maryland suburbs more often. I wish there would be a national tv show based on one of the universities in D.C., like Catholic. People need to see that D.C. is more than just government.

I love it when songs reference the DC area as well. Sure was funny when I was driving around in College Park listening to Clutch's "Worm Drink" for the first time: "University Boulevard / New Hampshire Avenue / Tick Tock Liquor / THUNDAHBIRD!"
