Here's a link to my Navy Yard Residential Development Map on Google MyMaps where I keep track of residential developments in the neighborhood:
https://www.google.com/maps/d/edit?h...VZ6x_n6pz-8OAk

I'm continually updating this map as development statuses change from planned to under construction and then to completed.

I wonder what kind of density the entire Capital Riverfront neighborhood will have when Buzzard Point is built out.

I wish there was more shopping in Navy Yard/SW.

Wish there was as a mall and target. Obviously a mall would be redundant to Fashion Center in Pentagon City and old format malls are dying and the industry is in shambles but I can still wish.

Just looking for some more retail to balance out the hood
