I am doing some research on the DC area and I was wondering what are some popular hip hop night clubs and where are they located?

And also where are some nice places to eat and just relax for a younger crowd...like college aged??

I hear a lot about Love (NE DC, just off NY Avenue) and H2O (Waterfront), but haven't been there. Fun places to eat/hang out would be Adams Morgan, U Street, or Georgetown. On the weekends Adams Morgan is more of the "get drunk" place, but on weekdays it's calmer. U Street is funkier and has a good variety of places to go. Georgetown is also fun, but often more expensive.
