Thanks again for all the information. We ended up choosing a home in The Clearwood neighborhood in Yelm. I think we got a pretty fair deal considering we aren't moving up there until July. My husband is in love with the house. I like it too so we are both happy.

Definitely stay away from Gig Harbor
Expensive housing, toll bridge, snobbery, and it's already full up! *wink, nod*

We are moving to Ft. Lewis this summer and looking at Yelm as a possiblity. Was wondering what you think about Yelm, the school district ( we have 6/ 8 yr old boys) and strangely enough are looking at a rental in Clearwood. Also wondering how the commute to Lewis/ McChord from clearwood is, thanks in advance.
