You really should give it a try. You have a number of excellent bodies of water near your home from beautiful bays to crystal clear lakes and the Olympic coastline! We took our kids through there last year on the way to Olympic NP and it was fantastic. I SUP'd out in Lake Crescent which is beautiful and huge - lots to see and explore. We also surf SUP'd the coast which is great fun as well.

Wet and rainy this morning… And predicted to stay wet and rainy for the next couple of days, especially tonight. We are in an atmospheric river formally known as pineapple express which means lots of rain and rather freakishly warm overnight. Will be close to 60° through the night tonight. MechAndy this should be really good for your grass seed you put down the other day!

Pretty grey today but it’s a mild temp (45) and no wind.
I was walking the property and noticed a big old branch on my roof.
Must have been 7-8 feet long and about 15 lbs.
It had to fly 30 feet to land there.
I had to climb on the roof to get it down
.
My lawn hasn’t flourished deep bright green yet but I now consider it a goal.
Derek I’ll rent a SUP next spring to check out.
I really want to give that a shot.

Looks like Vancouver is the place to live if you want lots of sun. We've had very gray darkish days in NW Washington this week but the good thing is that it's cleared out the hiking trails so there are just a few hard core friendly hikers out.
