Default relocating to everett

Hello,

I may be relocating to Everett, WA in a few months. I am in the Navy and coming from Japan where I have been for the last 5 years. I have never been there before, where are some good areas to live that are safe for my young family and have good schools?

I am also willing to commute 30 mins in any direction in order to find a good neighborhood where we can buy/build.

Thanks

I'd say the area with the best schools within 30 minutes of Everett is probably Lake Stevens, but for a nice pastoral setting, check out the town of Snohomish.
