I confirm, there was 5 inches of snow in Paris and surroundings and general panic, as if at 49° N Lat it was tropical country...my fellow frogs are utterly ridiculous!wonder on which Planet they live...

Probably, as there would at least be more transplants from snowier places plus the rest of Washington can be used to snow.
