Dnipropetrovsk for its warmer summers and colder winters. Since Ukraine has mainly continental climate, I guess that its sunnier in general than Stettin, the latter being prone for gloomy weather and having this cold damp winters since it lies on the sea. However the summers in Dnipropetrovsk are a bit on the hot side (25C instead of 28C would be better).
