I am surprised that Mediterranean didn't get any more votes that it did. I think that sort of vegetation looks pretty nice (though I realize that perhaps that the scenery associated with/of the Mediterranean itself isn't really completely just from the "natural vegetation", in and of itself, say for instance, rustic Italian gardens etc.).
Does that sign say "42 degrees" (celcius; that's like 107 F) beside 4:35pm?
Mildura photos have a more stunted look to it (aside from palms) than where I am.
Australind/Bunbury has many kinds of palms, some quite tall,
but we have many large trees also competing for the horizon.

I was torn between desert and Mediterranean but the former didn't have any votes. I love charparral and sclerophyllous forest and woodland.
I recently traveled to Argentinian northeast (just got back two weeks ago from my trip) and i knew a new landscape i didnt know: Desertic!! Mountains, cactus, and a deeper than blue sky. ABSOLUTELY STUNNING!!! (fwiw: I went to Salta and Jujuy provinces and i found both provinces to be incredibly beautiful, the 2 most beautiful places i ever been to in Argentina)
This are some pictures i took. Now take in count my camera is a cheap crap camera and i dont know how to use photoshop to regulate the colours. So the real vision is like 1000% better. All i can say is that this mountains colors are endless!!
And of course i voted desertic. Its unbeatable, imo!!
