04:36 - 21:40 today. Got only one more minute to go with the sunrises but the latest sunset is five minutes later than this.

It was a particularly good twilight here last night. I went to bed about half past midnight and there was still a lot of blue on the northern horizon. I have never understood why certain nights around the solstice are better than others, even when the cloud cover levels look the same (i.e. close to none).

Last night was the first time in a while when it felt really pitch dark during the night, due to overcast low clouds and rainy conditions. Of course it didn't last for long as the sun rises at 4am.

I opened my eyes for a moment at 4 am and saw it was enough to call it a broad daylight.
