These constant southwest winds have done a number on our surf temps at the S. NJ shore. Current surf temp in Atlantic City is 55.4F. In early July that is crazy. I can't wait for southeast winds. And just 20 miles or more offshore the water temp is 75F.

Wow... i didnt know how low the criteria was for excessive heat warnings in New York and Philadelphia, i dont think MEG would even issue a heat advisory for that. I know its not very comfortable, but still...
Lots of wind sheer out there in the Atlantic tearing apart any development. Those in the East who dont want a Tropical system, now is the time to pray it doesnt develop. Current setup takes it into the East coast.
Models picking up on that already. Might be a flooding senario coming anyway
