It looks like we could reach 90F here tomorrow and possibly Monday. Even with this cold spring, this is still a little earlier than the average first date. There's a chance of avoiding it though, hopefully 90s can wait.

"Little" earlier as in days, is normal, as in weeks is closer to extreme I guess.

Aberdeen average first day of 90 is May 20th. So it's pretty normal for this time of year if they hit.

Looks to be well below normal in west europe, including Spain.

Contrasting sharply with above normal temperatures in northern Ukraine and adjacent areas of Russia,
mid to high 80s. Also low 80s in Latvia, Lithuania, and southern Estonia, definitely a heat wave there.

Amazing pattern

Euro continues to show the cold night/day next weekend. Looks like GFS is doing pretty good with the temps. Granted its not been exact but models never are in the long term.

In fact that whole time GFS was showing the 18th as a start of a cool down is actually happening now. Clouds today and my highs only in the low 60s. I STILL dont see 80s going into June now and the 70s are not even consistant either.

Here's the Euro data for Danbury, CT where the normal high is now mid 70s.

First look at todays temps.. Doesnt get past 14C.
Then look at the highest temp Euro is showing. Nothing more than 24C

Amazing pattern. Danbury has only seen 5 day highs above normal this month. Danbury's location for those not familiar is where the 55 is on the map right above the "B" in Bridgeport in Connecticut
