Australia is too dry. New Zealand is wetter and has a better look.
Yeah, New Zealand is cool.
I don't know of anywhere else in the world that looks like the US South, what with the tall pine forests and live oak canopies. It's just as unique as its climate.

Possibly some parts of the Balkan Peninsula or Eastern China?
Yeah, I like the way New Zealand looks more also. Not to mention NZ has way better scenery.
New Zealand is great. I used to be more into Australia but not now, I don't care for the dry look nearly as much as I used to. Now I prefer a full blown rainforest.
Nope, trust me it's not a joke. For people down here, it's about a "look" not comfort and of course there are the melodramatic people like Majami that think it's freezing anytime it's 500 F outside. I've seen people with a full blown coat, hat, gloves and scarves when it's like 65 F outside, and there's no way that they're remotely comfortable, they just do it for "fashion". Or are just giant p*ssies.
Funny, so many people move there because of the weather, and then you see people pretending the weather is colder.

No, just stopped actually. It's been alternating between light rain and heavy rain for the last hour or so.

It's all relative though, people think it's "Cold" when it's 70F here in October but after a week of temperatures in the 40's, 50's and 60's this February I heard someone say "Wow, it's like a million degrees today" when the high was like 74F. I honestly think people here have such small brains that they're incapable of remembering things that happened more than a week ago.

What's in hot chocolate that would be addictive?
You do tend to build a tolerance to whatever climate you spend more than 1 year in, especially if you spend alot of time outside.
I remember not needing long pants or a sweatshirt until 50° when I lived in upstate NY, after 1 year in Phoenix, that threshold got upped to 62° or so for me

These are the same people who were whining endlessly about how "cold" it was in Jan/Feb after experiencing record warmth for months before that. Acting like Jan/Feb was the anomaly even though it was closer to average than Nov/Dec.
People down here are just morons, I think.
