Probably about 15 F / -9 C. I routinely wear short sleeves below 32 F / 0 C.

You would have a good laugh at the ppl here. I've seen people wearing thick DOWN JACKETS and gloves with temperatures around 60 F. Even I typically wear a sweatshirt if it's in the mid 60s F if it's overcast and/or breezy and if it's cooler than 60 even in the sun.

Not sure what the exact temperature was but it was probably around 5°C or so, with clouds and a fair bit of wind too. This was during gym class in high school during the spring, we had to spend the full hour of class outside in our shorts and t-shirts in those conditions one day.

15F (-9.4C) in high winds for about 10 seconds. Never again.

For an extended period of time, around 60F (15.6C) with full sunshine during January (2012?).

I saw 16 cheerleaders wear red tank tops and Rutgers track pants during practice when it was 30 F today. I believe scarlet knights have cut a deal to select cheerleaders with the thickest blood and most flexible bodies. What a glorious performance under cold and windy conditions. I had the opportunity to see this while walking back from class taking the shortcut through the fields today at 8:10 PM.

I was locked out of my dorm wearing a tshirt and shorts with no shoes and it was in the 20s. It was several minutes before I was let in, not too long maybe like 6-7 minutes. I often make quick runs out to the car with a tshirt/shorts and barefeet on snow but that is 2-3 minutes max.

A few years ago I went outside on a cold morning (-18F/-28C) in a tshirt, just for a minute though. My body didn't start to get cold by then, as the air was completely calm, but my feet were extremely cold, since I just was in socks.

Coldest is probably -5C if you count running, if its around freezing I'll usually just wear a long sleeve shirt and sometimes roll up the sleeves if I get warm.

If just standing or walking, still below freezing. Comfortably maybe 5C if it's sunny and not windy, 10C is totally doable in spring when I'm used to colder.

19 F one morning in Flagstaff, Arizona. I was able to handle it for a couple minutes. I've been able to walk around with short sleeves at 28 F during the day with no problems though, could probably stay out several hours.
