A warmer, drier , cloudier month than average. The maximum temperature for the month was 25.3C/78F, and the minimum was 3.2C/39F. A few days with thunder, although I didn't record them.
10 hrs below your LTA, about the same as here. 6 of our last 8 months have failed to reach the average, and the YTD while about 45 above the entire record average, is exactly equal to the 30-year mean - but at the end of March it was more than 100 above that. December may finally push things back into the positive zone.

This month managed to be very gloomy despite the low rainfall.
175 hrs so not quite as low as 5.6. Your lowest for November since 2001 (171). Every other Nov. since had at least 208, so a significantly below one was rather overdue. New Plymouth (EWS) reported the undoubtedly shonky total of 287, though 260 could have been realistic.
According to the HADCET (Central England Temperature) that goes back to 1663, November was slightly above the 350 year average, but 0.4 degrees below the 30 year normals.
According to my work here in BC, last month was 46th coldest/74th warmest November since 1895 in BC. It was 0.4 degrees below the 30 year average. It was also the 29th driest November, and the driest since 2005, but only because the coast was so dry. Much of the interior was wetter and colder than average.
