Just the last climate battle from me.

Your job has told you that will will be working in South Florida Island, located in the tropics/subtropics on a large Island in the West Pacific. You are allowed to choose which of these cities you can work in, but you must choose one of them. You may be a cold lover, but you will still choose one because you will get paid $1,000,000 a year.

So just vote in the poll which one you would live in.

The first four locations are all within 300 miles of each other, two are only 160 miles apart. Stolton City is much further south whith a true tropical climate.

Carven city is the most comfortable for me. Actually a good winterless climate.

They're all very good climes, at least B grade.

My favorite has to be Carven City, it is the sunniest and driest, has an adequate rainfall distribution, and doesn't get too hot in summer (just right, actually), while retaining some seasonal variation (unlike Stolton City), despite winter nights that are too cool. Solid A, by the way.

Tymber City has ideal winter temps, but is way too wet.

Eastmann is too hot in summer.

East Southland has nice temps but less sun and more rain than Carven City.

Stolton City lacks some seasonal variation.

Carven City seems cooler than the others in a similar area, because it is 950 meters above sea level. This renders it less humid, and significantly cooler at night. Daytime temperatures are still warm. It is more sheltered from the rain due to local topography. I would live in Eastmann, because it offers the biggest overall annual temperature range and variation, along with a dry sunny but mild winter, and a very hot and humid thundery summer.

I'm interested to see what people like "dunno what to put here" would vote on being a subarctic climate luvver.

Tymber City for me. I'd live there even without the big pay check. The only thing I don't like is the length of the wet season. Maybe two months shorter would be preferable to me (I'd make April and November drier and also make the dry season slightly more pronounced). That said, sunshine hours are still really good for such a wet climate.
